Whilst I don't agree with the hate campaign - since year dot when this started you never have turned the cheek and ignored..
And this guy has known how this gets to you...and so carries on ..
And the more he does...the more you post things that just bait him..and so it goes..for months now and everyone is abit fed up of this now..even now you should have just shut up the shop ...rather than open 'another invitation' for negative comments and hate...
Well, the only thing I could do, really, is thank you a million times for all the beauties that you share with us... it's really sad to know we no longer could count with you and your fantastic bag of '60s tricks... peace, love & prosperity for you my friend...
I don't really understand or frankly care about the online spat between Hans and whoever. What I do care about is the quality and breadth of music that Hans was responsible for sharing. For that I'm extremely grateful. Take care Alan
If you want to continue blogging and sharing I suggest you reinvent yourself under another name and, this is important, try to keep a low profile. I'm a member of other forums hosted by people just like you who doesn't experience the same shit you do. Why? They keep a low profile and see to to "health" of the forum rather than making it a personal issue.
Looking forward to see you and your music somewhere else on the net.
Hans was such a generous soul. He'd give you the shirt off somebody else's back.
How kind he was to give us every Spirit album, so we could enjoy music at the expense of the band itself, or the record stores trying to stay in business.
All the people flinging their poo at Hans were so wrong. All he wanted was to be considered Zun and Blogfather and ruler of the world.
Why not? He deserved it. It took so much time and effort for a retired slob with nothing to do to spend all day leeching files and posting them with nice words like "my way or the highway."
How he'd shut his blogs if we didn't compliment him enough! What a character.
I'll miss Hans. How did he do all that with no legs and hooks on his wrists? Or is that how he's going to wind up one day?
I am sure Hans De Vente will be back - just like a festering sore.
I enjoy not the repeated sharing of the same same 6 box sets over and over again - but it's the constant whining and cry baby "look-at-me" rantings froma 60 year old male that are so amusing. The DeMented one has gone from being the so-called "blogfather" to the laughing stock of all music blogs. What a pathetic piece of shit he is. A grown man who resorts to attention getting tactics on the internet just to pass the time of day. Sadly, it all pl;ays like a broken record - the same shit overe and over again. The same promises of "I am through" - only to return like a veneeral disease. The same "I will never stop" - only to stop again. The same old Brill Bldg -Pet Sounds -Curt Boetccher - shit - over and over again - post it and then delete it -post it-then delete it. HAns - you are one sick ass-hole - you have cried wolf - one too many times - we can only hope that you suffocate on your own obnoxious flatulence
Why don't you people grow up? All the guy wants to is have a blog where he can share music like a lot of other people. Why do you have to be a jerk and ruin it for him and everybody else, why can't you leave him alone? So Mr. Spazopolis or Mr. Jerkoffski or whoever you are, quit playing games and give Hans his blog back and leave him alone.
The chaos, confusion and misery Hans created and caused with his blogging and infiltrating forums deliberately causing fights and arguments is too numerous to mention.
Hans has never EVER once admitted that HE is wrong or at fault - he ALWAYS has a scapegoat lined up to mock and ridicule. No true Blogger would sink to his level and publish his "enemies" email addresses and IP numbers out of sheer spite. That alone proves just what a nasty senseless piece of work Hans is.
Problem is, as a previous comment stated, Hans cried wolf far too many times. To Hans its all a big game. He doesnt give a shit about his music... its all about his Ego. If that doesn't get stroked enough, he would sulk, blow up his blog or forums and indeed say "never again" only to reappear as somebody else inside 24 hours.
It is a game that long became very boring and tedious. Because he thinks that he should be The "Blogfather" he instead brought shame and scandal upon music blogging as a whole, incurring the wrath of the RIAA and other music organisations he keeps openly giving the finger.
He has admitted several times that he deletes his own links... HE is "the deleter" but he always twists and turns it round to fling the blame and abuse at somebody else.
Hanszun is truly monstrous and despicable and the comments here defending him are truly pathetic because its obvious those people, though entitled to their opinion simply haven't got a clue just what Hans has done.
Hans is one of those people who thrives on discord and hate - while most people are happy with the status quo and are content to go along with the way things are, Hans is only happy when things are the opposite - he relishes in dis-harmony and hate - because hate is the only emotion he can feel. What a miserable life - to be fired from Sony - with no hobby or interest other that sewing discord and throwing out false accusations throughout the internet. what goes around comes around Hans - you reap what you sew. And for those of you who have bought into his "oh woe is me!" schtick - you need to look at who is the common denomonator of all this - who starts it - who perpetuates it. Hopefully, time will tell and you will see that you were wrong - and it's then that you will eat your words
Leave the man alone!!! His only sin is that he will not take crap from assholes and for that I admire him.He has shared a lot of music in his blogs and all you leechers do is bitch and complain.Thark
We KNOW hes shared a LOT of music on his blogs... pinched from OTHER peoples blogs! Does Hans write about this music? No. Does Hans credit the original uploader or Blog? No.
So its OK then to post dozens of albums a day like an idiot? Why not one or two like most bloggers? No. Because Hansy Pansy has to do everything BIGGER and BETTER. He doesnt give a toss about other blogs at all. Many have shut down because of him, or hes downloaded all their stuff, deleted THEIR links and then claims them as his own! You call that sensible and generous? I certainly dont.
Hans is the biggest leech around now his mate has passed away.
That there is a spat going on between Hans and some "other" is of little consequence to to anyone except a couple hundred people (maybe) in the whole world. The thing I find disturbing is the relative ease in which the blogs are "broached and poached".
Question circa 1970,"Hey, can you make me a cassette of that new LP 331/3, dude?"...see there is nothing new under the Sun. Hansun or otherwise, so bug off.
I only discovered your blog yesterday. Liked what I saw and bookmarked it for further exploration. Checked it today; it's gone and you seem to be angry. Off the list it goes and off I go to the trillion other blogs. Too bad; hope you're happy now. -k
All of you peeps who support this guy just don't get it. He's a leech but also the deleter of files at blogs and forums everywhere. He deletes his own files and yours to get everyone pointing fingers at each other. He gets sick thrill from all this. And all you neophytes just go on supporting him. I've seen this tewd to many times in peeps like all you supporters....JUST STFU AND GIVE ME MY GAWD DAMN LINKS. Time to get out the guillotine.
Alan above said, "I don't really understand or frankly care about the online spat between Hans and whoever. What I do care about is the quality and breadth of music that Hans was responsible for sharing."
If you don't mind me saying so, that is shallow thinking.
There was more happening on Hans' blogs, than music sharing.
Surely you must remember at least one of his many forums, where he would suck-in, his blog visitors and then accuse them of deleting his files, so that he would have an excuse to wipe them out and make an even bigger drama about it, on his blogs.
Don't you remember the "jump through the hoop" games he used to play, like the Preferred Partners Program"? You give Hans an e-mail address and he sends a list of his links, to all "his" accepted members. When all that was going on, he would keep his blog ticking over with links copied from other sites.
What about all his cries of, "I am finished with blogging", only to return 24 hours later.
If you don't remember any of that, because your brain was still intoxicated with "the quality and breadth of music", then where was the music last week?
Exactly!
He had converted this blog into a CHEAP memorial site to honour someone he called a "friend" who had died.
So if you care about music, then you will find plenty of other blogs out there, who do it better and without any of the drama-queen antics.
good motherfucking riddance. i got some good cds from him in the past but he wasn't the fucking god of blogs. there are much better out there and you don't have to wade through all the goddamn drama to find one morsel worth downloading.
Bob Haldeman (nice name, was G. Gordin Liddy taken) asks:
"Why don't you people grow up? All the guy wants to is have a blog where he can share music like a lot of other people"
NO. He did NOT want a blog like a lot of other people. He called himself BLOGFATHER remember? THE ZUN, remember?
He wanted to have the biggest, loudest, most obnoxious blog in the world, and he did. Whole boxed sets. What's with that? How do you support the artist if you've stolen ALL his music and there's NOTHING to buy?
Bob, he did NOT share. He leeched tons of music from everyone and actually wrote, "delete it, I don't care, it's not my link."
Over this past year Hans had dozens of opportunities to start fresh and every time he started with the box sets and the boasting and deleting his competition.
Bob, the problem is that HANS DE VENTE is fucking SICK IN THE HEAD. He is MENTALLY ILL, Bob.
Many of us felt sorry for him once upon a time. "My father beat me." "I got fired from Sony on my birthday." He is basically a very pathetic old man who is retired and has no life.
But Bob, we all STOPPED feeling sorry for the prick when he jeopardized us all with his reckless blogging style. Posting 500 Altnernative Rock Songs? No, that is NOT right.
He also put everyone through hoops. "Leave me nice comments and you get more goodies" "MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY" and "Here is one Spirit album. Come back tommorow for the next one, eh?" Games. Bullshit.
This is not a guy who likes music. He never wrote about it. His blog was not full of information or caring. It was ME, Hans, ME, Hans.
The reason it's come to this level of hatred is that he's brought the heat on us all, he's been nuts about his so-called "enemies" and he's committed vile, atrocious and criminal acts against several very innocent people, and THEIR friends are tired of this shit.
Bob, Hans has a few ignorant people who don't understand how horrible Hans is, or what responsible blogging is all about.
On the other side, are hundreds of people who were in forums Hans blew up, who lost links because of Hans, and who watched him go after people with libel, Photo-shop fakery and every childish trick he could find.
There is no way a normal blogger would get the treatment that Hans has gotten and deserved. He was never a normal blogger, from the start a year ago.
A lot of people are just really tired of him ruining things, and with Rapidshare under fire and blogs going under, the last thing we need is a fuck-up egomaniac drama queen fat turd like Hans.
ENOUGH. If you really care about him, tell him to stay off the Internet with his rotten attitude, his 100's of leeched files, and his "go ahead delete it, it isn't mine" nasty games.
Posting every damn album Spirit, Beach Boys, or The Association EVER MADE is not sharing.
Remember what blogging is supposed to be. It's about the music, not the blogger.
i lookes at totally fuzzy today and i saw sites with every beatles album, every queen album
that is not sharing either? what is the difference with sharing one or all albums
you just should not share,it is not yours in the beginning anyway it is the property of the Artist you only paid money to listen to it if you go to a museum to look at the paintings you pay admission you cannot share the paintings either
grow up everybody
what you all do is stealing and i dont care if you share or leech, there is no difference IT IS NOT YOUR STUFF IN THE FIRST PLACE.
you just pay to listen, you dont own the intelectual property of the artist.
I used to respect your work and still do but the bottom line is, you're a pussy. You act like you're just a kid on the playground who got called names or didn't get picked for the team so you're just gonna take your ball and go home. Well, for someone of your age you need to grow the fuck up and realize that you're serving up exactly what these bastards want on a silver platter! You leaving satisfies them to every degree you could imagine. If you quit then you're no better than the quitters of the world who have given up on what they know is right. get a pair between your legs and show these fuckers YOU mean business and aren't going anywhere!
I don't mean to insult you but don't, I repeat DON'T, be a pussy. IF you have it in you......
What a load of shit this anti-Hanzun campaign is. It was and is the music that matters. So leave the guy alone, hackerman. Hans will and definitely should come back.
Clearly the universe is sending you a message (via these so-called enemies) that you need to re-evaluate your behavior and attitudes. If you do something regressive like point your finger, play the victim or argue for your "innocence" in all this you will surely lose an opportunity to change and grow.
This has been going on for such a long time because you keep failing to examine YOUR OWN ROLE in all of this, and that's the real tragedy. Fate has stepped into your life, quite literally, by taking over your blog. Why?
Other blogs share boxed sets, other blogs share whole discographies, that's not the REAL problem. Your problem, I'm afraid, is something different. You need neither high praise nor utter condemnation. You need to figure out why you keep producing these results and change your behavior accordingly.
Hans, I love you man. But you're causing your own problems here. Other blogs have been targeted in much the same way as yours, but they dont give a reaction an eventually are left alone. You give the trolls a dramatic reaction and thusly a reason to continue targeting you.
i have one rule : i don't support sites where the blogger is pathetically begging for comments .that proves it's not about music , just about egos . if you want to share stuff , fine . but remember , you're just a fucking thief , don't whine because nobody congratulates you
Hans, you've brought all this on yourself. Stop being a drama queen. Either quit blogging and find some other hobby, or take up a new name, blog quietly like everyone else, and keep your mouth shut.
"What an idiot. How do you 'support' sites where the blogger doesn't 'beg' for comments? " by visiting the site and inflating his traffic , you fucking douchebag
and another thing , i never said not to leave comments , just not on the sites where lame-ass wimps whine away about threatening to shut down the blog if noone leaves one .
@ riaa: [quote] you just should not share,it is not yours in the beginning anyway it is the property of the Artist you only paid money to listen to it if you go to a museum to look at the paintings you pay admission you cannot share the paintings either [quote]
If I go to the web I have to pay admission, and if I buy empty CDs I have to pay admission, too.
In a museum, if I take a picture of a Van Gogh, I can share that as much as I like. What we're sharing is not something physical, it's just information. Copies of copies of copies…
[irony] From now on. I will download the same RIAA album ten times every day. At the end of the day I will secure erase everything. Everybody do that! Let's bleed the RIAA dry, let's explode their losses, and let's teach those fuckers a lesson [irony]
:/
Of course you could argue that the RIAA packaging-artist leeches have a point in stating that people will stop buying their 'product' if they can get it from an alternative outlet (dare I say a set of alternative 'tubes'…?) for free.
But that is because they are really offering overpriced valueless shit to begin with.
People realise this, so naturally if they are offered a free ride, they will prefer that and spend their (more or less) hard earned cash elsewhere.
On the other hand, if you download an album from the web and discover it is something that has more than just a passing value, you will make an attempt to buy it, will you not?
The thing is, downloading is not killing music, it's killing the music-killing industry.
Download more, and support the artists that you find you love (but support them direct).
So you want to be a rock 'n' roll star? Then listen now to what I say Just get an electric guitar Then take some time and learn how to play And with your hair swung right And your pants too tight It's gonna be all right Then it's time to go downtown Where the agent man won't let you down Sell your soul to the company Who are waiting there to sell plastic ware And in a week or two If you make the charts The girls'll tear you apart
The price you paid for your riches and fame Was it all a strange game? You're a little insane The money, the fame, the public acclaim Don't forget what you are You're a rock 'n' roll star!
Someone wrote: "Question circa 1970,"Hey, can you make me a cassette of that new LP 331/3, dude?"...see there is nothing new under the Sun. Hansun or otherwise, so bug off."
There is something new under the sun. It's holes where a hundred Tower Record stores were. Having some fuckhead make a bad cassette dupe in 1970 is NOT the same as a Blogfather maniac posting perfect copies of EVERY Beach Boys album.
"In a museum, if I take a picture of a Van Gogh, I can share that as much as I like. What we're sharing is not something physical, it's just information. Copies of copies of copies…"
Most museums do not allow picture taking. Most want you to BUY the reproductions they sell at the gift shop, which goes toward their ability to buy more art for you to see.
If you do sneak a photo in a museum, or they let you take a non-flash picture, you are getting a pretty crummy copy that is in no way the same size as the original.
With mp3's you get the EXACT version iTunes is selling.
Also, the museum that allows you to take the picture has made that decision.
CDs say "all rights reserved" and "copyright" and NOBODY has given you permission to make copies.
"The thing is, downloading is not killing music, it's killing the music-killing industry."
Very glib. Downloading is killing record store owners, thousands of people in the manufacturing world, office workers fired at record labels, artists who can't get a decent advance.
Nobody is saying the music industry is perfect and the RIAA is perfect, but your country is not perfect and your army is not perfect. That's no excuse for anarchy.
The downloading going on by shits like Hans De Vente is savage anarchy. The bastard wouldn't back down on posting whole boxed sets! How crazed is that? No restraint at all. No brains at all.
Yes, a fired Sony employee is the one who will throw every Hank Williams album out there and say "I will post every album I own" and start forums for even more large-scale abuse.
Hans the Holocaust Creator. He loved it when the Tower Records stores crumbled.
He loves it when he reads the stats that say downloading is killing the music industry. It's his revenge.
Why would anyone who loves music be sick enough to post every album an artist ever made, and make a forum so people don't even have to buy a budget-priced Chuck Berry album?
Hans cursed and vowed defiance the minute he got his first "bad comment" about going too far with the boxed sets.
That's because Hans Hitler's got a dream. He wants to drive by his old Sony office and see it shuttered.
Adolf Hitler says "why dont you report him to Sony Corporation then? If it is a vendetta against The Recording industry then it is really sick and disturbing behaviour; the FBI or Gestapo can then do the rest.. But of course you would have to file a complaint and back up your allegations with hard evidence and your REAL NAME. P.S. my wife Eva sends her regards
Thanks, Hans for the great box sets and complete discographies. Since the record companies have formed a cartel and engage in price fixing, I can not afford cds. If it is true that you have pinched other's links and have also deleted other's links then I wish you would refrain from doing that on your new blogs. As pirates we do have certain standards and a code of honor. That is what separates us from the record companies. They have no standards or honor.
Adolf Hitler says "I have a Vinyl Solution" old recordings of my old friend Hermann (the fat one)Goring "Go Ring to Argentina" -20 Bavarian Yodel and March tunes. Then my compleate "Nuremberg Rants and Ravings" from 1931-39 (never on CD) - could make a nice box set. Und my wife Eva and "the Stuka Sisters" singing their hit song "Fuckwits of the World Unite" including a duet apperance of Mao Tse Tung singing "My Little Red Book". Definatly never before on CD
Today Sony ....Tomorrow ...THE WORLD!!!!!!!! JAWOHL!
Some people say Hans pinched music from other blogs. I remember when I was young and a friend lent me a LP to record it on a tape. If I liked that record, I used to record it on another tape to give it to another friend who, probably, didn´t know the owner of the original LP. It was another way of sharing music and in those times nobody called me thief. Why do discographic companies pursuit now to people who share music, and in those times they didn´t bother about them? Some of the LPs you may find in blogs are impossible to find nowadays at the stores or they are so expensive that many people can´t buy them. Thanks Hans for the music you shared in your blogs. For your music or music taken from other sites that probably I would never visit because for me it´s impossible to be everywhere.
from HANZSOME HAVESOME ...anyone of us who downloads music should just be happy that SOMEONE takes the bother to upload the music in the first place. I mean its TIME its EFFORT.
Are you or I prepared to do that?
ME!!!!! NO WAY!
Am I prepared to download from the HUNDREDS of good blogs ? YES
Do I leave comments ? Sometimes Yes
Do I buy CD´s ? Yes
What motivates someone to make a Blog and to present music free for the takeing that is not his/hers in the first place? I think its either passion for the music or unemployment or loneliness. The sense of wanting to belong to a community , to communicate, to seek appreciation and acknowledgment. The perfect activity for someone in a wheelchair or who might be physically incapacitated due to some disability.Someone who has social phobias or crippled one way or the other. What does a Blogger expect to get back?
Yeah ..somebody with extreme flatulance and constipation and crippled with piles and who smells real bad from unwashed body odour and has unsightly festering sores on their nose or dick or whatever and probably cant get it off with the girls. But this is no excuse to become an egomanic and have a self inflated sense of importance and demand attention.
HAVESOME HAS LEFT THE BUILDING.....what I want to know is how did he get out? I mean he is very fat. Or did he do it with help from the FIRE Department(No! not at Sony)with a heavy "lifting" devicet like they use with dead elephants in the Zoo?
Well any one who "lifts" links from somebody elses Blog (Bloglifting) calls himself then the BLOGFATHER"logand then posts the file links in his "own" site and then expects to get praise and appreciation for what he has done is A COMPLETE WANKER.It insults the intellegence of everyone. This is really a case of HANZUN setting himself up for criticism and abuse, because nobody likes ego inflated pompous bastards.
I have heard that HANSUN had 25 different blogs on the go, Simultaneously?!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this true? Can anyone confirm this. I think this must be exaggeration Who other than a crazed deranged mentally ill psychopath could do this. It defies belief
The Spike Priggen topic (Jan 2006), at his famous Bedazzled blog, highlighted, the use of blogs for sharing complete albums.
Hans had already drew a lot of attention to his blog, by posting the complete works of artists, such as Hank Williams. So when Hans decided to post the Rhino 3CD Burt Bacharach boxset, spike Priggen, used that as an example, of what he described as, "this whole new breed of Sharing site".
The famous Hans quote from his blog was, "MY BLOG CAN BEAT YOUR BLOG"
Everytime that Hans opened his mouth, to justify himself, he dug a bigger hole for himself.
Hans laughed at Spike Priggen and made feeble snide comments like, "I live in Holland and your RIAA have no jurisdiction, in my country"
Hans also started using his "patented" technique back then. He would delete everything from his blog, except for 1 new topic and that was usually along the lines of ,"THE ZUN HAS GONE" or "NO MORE ZUNSHINE". He would keep the topic open for positive comments, from people, who felt great pity for this poor unforunate man, who "only wanted love" on his blog". He even made separate blogs like, "The Hans Story", to keep the sympathy pouring in. Then 24 hours later, it was business as usual. I wonder how many people who stood beside Hans, feel stupid and embarrassed now? I know I certainly do.
This selfish Dutchman, completely ignored the point that Spike Priggen was making and decided to make a drama out of it. All this drama, ended up being seen by the wrong people and suddenly ALL "sharity" blogs, were being watched closely.
Hans never cared about, the friends and bloggers who stood by him, because he wanted to be the king of blogland, the Empire Of The Zun.
The point that Spike Priggen made was this:
"Blogs like this Hanszunblog are going to be the death of music blogs and are going to bring the wrath of the RIAA down on ALL of us."
When we look at all the blogs, that are gone, how prophetic was that?
A STRANGE COINCIDENCE OR WHAT ....There are not so many complaints regarding deleted files thruout the music blogs this week, when one sees postings at Totally Fuzzy. HMMMMMMM!
This isn't some guy giving you a few freebies like the old days when we shared tapes of vinyl. This is a guy who hates Sony and the music industry and failed with an indie label called Strictly Country (his partner kicked his ass out) and now he just wants to throw all the music out for free as revenge.
That is all it is, disguised as sharing and disguised as generosity. His style of blogging is sicko. He'll giggle and say he's Adolph and his wife is Eva just to piss people off.
Hans is a wonderful man, who has worked diligently and inspired all bloggers, and is much loved and respected in the music sharing community. This kind and decent man has been hounded for months by a pathetic asshole who has destroyed Hans' work, reporting all his music links and getting them deleted, and it's because of the same pathetic, sad troll that we moved operations elsewhere, and no longer post music as Bastet and Corwyn.
If you like what we did in this blog, or what any of the other bloggers are doing, I encourage you to join in defeating the trolls, and to keep the music sharing community healthy by sharing music of your own. Share your own music, or share an album you've downloaded - just keep sharing the music. There are many forums and bulletin boards where you can share music, and starting a blog of your own is quite easy, and it does not need to be fancy. The more people who share, the stronger our community will be.
Hans is a hero to the music blogging community, who has always been lovely and sweet to us. We love Hans, and wish him all the best, always.
this much maligned poor man with his untireing selfless generosity is really a saint and an example to us all.See how he has come to be accepted and honoured in our community despite his terrible afflictions. A shineing example to us all, A ROLE MODEL that more of us should copy (or at least STRIVE to aspire to) A second Mother Theresa dispensing comfort to the people who are poor and cant afford to buy music A statue should be erected to him. But where? Maybe his friends should start a petition to say, arrange the removal of the Statue of Liberty to make place for it. Money will be no object as HANS HAS PILES of friends who cant wait to honour im and repay his vast kindness. But I think sadly he would be to modest to accept such a gesture.
I can't bash him and I'm not gonna sing his praises. Say what you want about the guy but there's only one thing I know for sure - he has posted things that I hadn't seen elsewhere and wanted to download. So I did. Thanks Hans.
Oh, the drama. Don't get sucked into it and everything will be just fine. So what if he wants to think he's top blog. The only people who take offense to that kind of stuff are those who want to think the same of themselves. "You dissin' me punk?" Get over it.
The Vatican is now getting in on the case... Trust them to jump on the bandwagon. Arranging a special proclamation by the Pope to expedite the canonization of HAVESOME ASAP after his death. Grounded and based on an extreme case of persecution and martyrdom beyond the ordinary. Imagine it now.. ST HANZ..the proclamation and crowds in St.Peters Square in Rome all kneeing and genuflecting at the "Wonders of the Miracle Worker". Yes,.. I see it all now, the St Hanzun statues on podiums and side alters in churches all over the world. Old ladies and children on their knees praying to St Hans for supplication and intercession. Maybe they can make him responsible for aaah..unsavoury diseases. The patron saint of "the Clap" and other unmentionable verminous diseases. Maybe replica statues can be offered for sale on the internet ? The possibilities are endless ....
Has anyone seen the fab "HANS Outside" (a spoof take-off of the Intel Inside Logo) button that when pressed clicks onto a well written, good argumented and LOGICAl reasoned account of the HANZUN problem on the La Nuit Detend blob . Its a great site by the way well worth calling by.
.oh yes ! and the bigger the better ...in lights like on Broadway.....:::::::::::::::::::: ::::::::HANZUN ::::.....bigger as the pompous ego and the HOLLYWOOD sign.......and when the heat is on better anonomous ......come into my parlour said the SPIDER to the FLY
Hans! Quote this to all the buggers. Shrouds ''the linen they use to bury you'' have no pockets... What are they gonna take there? What's the fuzz abt leeching? Fuck them all. They're gonna die the same (without friends). Gd bless u Hans fr sharing your music and your sadness too. We love you.
FUNNY ALL THESE ANONYMOUS (FUNNY HOW THEY ARE ALWAYS ANONYMOUS NASTY COMMENTS) DON'T GET CONFUSED WE ARE ALL LEECHING & GOING AGAINST COPYWRITE SO STOP THIS NONSENSE THAT YOUR COPYWRITE STEALING & PUTING UP MUSIC IS ANY DIFFERENT. FROM BLOGS TO FORUMS NOT ONE OF US HAS PERMISSION TO DO IT. SO JUST STOP BEING CHILDREN & JUST SHARE THE MUSIC THAT NO ONE HAS PERMISSION TO SHARE.
Quoting some Anonymous above: Someone wrote: "Question circa 1970,"Hey, can you make me a cassette of that new LP 331/3, dude?"...see there is nothing new under the Sun.
According to this Tower operated 89 U.S. stores. Not hundreds. http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/page/news/39026/R_I_P_Tower_Records_19602006
And according to this Tower's demise had little to do with downloading:
While the RIAA and the music labels make for a good target to attract (for some very good reasons), people like Kevin Laws have been saying that a big part of the problem with the music industry not figuring out how to update their business was the music retailers who saw any attempt at online distribution as channel conflict and threatened to cause problems. Considering how much business is still done through retailers, giving that all up to take a risk on online distribution is a call no one's going to make. In fact, he believes that the labels have a much better understanding on online music than we've given them credit for - but don't want to piss off their channel. Well, it looks like that channel is continuing to struggle. Tower Records' parent company has declared bankruptcy. They're not planning on closing many stores, but it might be time for them to look at other ways to reinvent their business. Of course, this is almost exactly a year after Wherehouse Music filed for bankruptcy with a long rant blaming music downloaders. The thing that's amazed me is that, as just about every company seems to be offering their own digital download store, the brick-and-mortar retailers still haven't made a big push in that direction. Virgin Music has toyed around with it, but it seems that most of the retailers really are afraid of eating away at their core business. Of course, what's happening is that others are now eating away at their core business. Update: Meanwhile, it looks like more bands are "getting it". According to Slashdot, a German band is selling their new CD along with a bonus DVD and two blank CD-Rs with the album lable on them so that fans can make two copies of the CD. Adding more value and letting the consumer do what they want with the music, while increasing the promotional value of their music. What will they think of next?
I'm old enough to remember the bullshitting the MI pulled with regard to tapes. It seems music hasn't died. There's probably far more of it than ever before, as the means of production are becoming cheaper by the year, and the distribution channel is sitting in most people's walls?
And what with EMI. Check it out they had a disasterous year in 2006. Is that also just a coincidence. They have (as of this week)fired their COE´s Only for sales on Beatles Love Remix they would have posted no profit. EMI is in a state of downward curving edeclining sales ,and have failed in merger plans w/ Warner Music.
(This isn't necessarily meant as an answer to Joe above, btw, I wrote this before he posted)
The way I see it, there are a lot of old-timers, like Sony, EMI, etc. who have always been basically parasites. They're just middle-men, after all. If they tell you otherwise, it's just Kayfabe. Now, over the years those middle-men have grown very plump, and very arrogant, and become accustomed to certain privileges they now take for granted. The current struggle Recording Industry vs The People is not about artist rights at all, it's about the exclusive privilege to produce and distribute a cultural good. The plain truth is, though, they're not entitled to anything. The recording industry has nobody but itself to blame for not getting its head out of its arse 16+ years ago when the internet started to move from the technological fringes into the mainstream of our various cultures. They had more than adequate time to come up with working business models that work in this new environment. They didn't, and to now go about terrorizing thousands with contrived law suits, while simultaneously antagonizing millions of other potential customers by throwing one laughable public tantrum after another…is it the way into the future? I think, the choice for those bloated sons of bitches is to either shrink and adapt, or just fuck off and die. Putting it mildly.
See, Industry, you're just a dog. You're at the service and mercy of your master, Mr. Customer. If you're good, he'll open a can for you and give you what you want. If you're bad he'll yank the leash, just so you'll now. If you continue to be bad, or - even worse - think you can be master yourself, you'll get put down.
It's about fucking time we got those proportions right again.
YAIR YAIR YAIR alias ERETZ just an anonymous bugger yourself wit no face (is it that ugly?) You're probably Hans. NOBODY WHO LEECHES like HANS DOES is WORTH A SHITE. NOBODY WHO PUTS ENTIRE DISCOGRAPHIES ON A BLOG IS A FRIEND OF MUSIC. Go to hanszun.multiply.com Or go to hell, and take Bastet and Corwyn with you. Be lucky you're anonymous because I'd stick a skewer through one of your ears and out the other. It would only improve your brain.
"The record industry has nobody to blame but itself."
Right, right. How about the airlines? Like waiting for hours? How come there are less airlines all the time and less connecting flights and worse meals?
Then why not blow up a few planes to improve things?
That's the Hans way of thinking. Putting up a giant blog and giving all the music away is the PERFECT ANSWER to music industry problems.
If you're an ex-Sony employee who hates the music industry.

Hans
You are your own worse enemy
Whilst I don't agree with the hate campaign - since year dot when this started you never have turned the cheek and ignored..
And this guy has known how this gets to you...and so carries on ..
And the more he does...the more you post things that just bait him..and so it goes..for months now and everyone is abit fed up of this now..even now you should have just shut up the shop ...rather than open 'another invitation' for negative comments and hate...
I think you should give up blogging
Just give it up ...please..
...but thanks for all the great shares you gave
the person that hacked the site
also hacked the gmail addie
so please donot try to reach
me there,since only the hacker
will read it
good luck with the blogs

GOOD FUCKING RIDDANCE TO HANSZUN!
Take care
Alan
i hope you are proud at what you did, who is the next blog?
Hans,
If you want to continue blogging and
sharing I suggest you reinvent yourself under another name and, this is important, try to keep a low profile. I'm a member of other forums hosted by people just like you who doesn't experience the same shit you do. Why? They keep a low profile and see to to "health" of the forum rather than making it a
personal issue.
Looking forward to see you and your music somewhere else on the net.
Regards,
Sugar
Hans - just DIE you bastard
Leech
Leech
Leech
Liar
Leech
Leech
Leech
Thats Hanszun!
Leave the man alone! Let him steal!
If he wants to post 10 albums a day as illegal downloads, let him.
I only wish he lived near me and would shoplift from stores and give the goodies to me!
Dillinger was so nice that way. He is so generous with other people's property! Love that Hans!
You could call Hans a leecher. But at some level are`nt we all?
That there is a spat going on between Hans and some "other" is of little consequence to to anyone except a couple hundred people (maybe) in the whole world. The thing I find disturbing is the relative ease in which the blogs are "broached and poached".
Question circa 1970,"Hey, can you make me a cassette of that new LP 331/3, dude?"...see there is nothing new under the Sun. Hansun or otherwise, so bug off.
HANZ, BAZ, WHO CARES YOU BORING TWITS!
GET LIVES!
Alan above said,
"I don't really understand or frankly care about the online spat between Hans and whoever.
ROB
good motherfucking riddance. i got some good cds from him in the past but he wasn't the fucking god of blogs. there are much better out there and you don't have to wade through all the goddamn drama to find one morsel worth downloading.
It's about the music, not the blogger.
i lookes at totally fuzzy today
and i saw sites with every beatles album, every queen album
that is not sharing either?
what is the difference with sharing one or all albums
you just should not share,it is not yours in the beginning anyway
it is the property of the Artist
you only paid money to listen to
it
if you go to a museum to look at the paintings you pay admission
you cannot share the paintings either
grow up everybody
what you all do is stealing
and i dont care if you share or leech, there is no difference
IT IS NOT YOUR STUFF IN THE FIRST PLACE.
you just pay to listen, you dont own the intelectual property
of the artist.
Hans,
I used to respect your work and still do but the bottom line is, you're a pussy.
Hans,
No one inspires this much hate for no reason.
You need to figure out why you keep producing these results and change your behavior accordingly.
good luck
hans! je t'aime
Hans, I love you man. But you're causing your own problems here. Other blogs have been targeted in much the same way as yours, but they dont give a reaction an eventually are left alone. You give the trolls a dramatic reaction and thusly a reason to continue targeting you.
i have one rule : i don't support sites where the blogger is pathetically begging for comments .that proves it's not about music , just about egos . if you want to share stuff , fine . but remember , you're just a fucking thief , don't whine because nobody congratulates you
"i have one rule : i don't support sites where the blogger is pathetically begging for comments"
What an idiot. How do you 'support' sites where the blogger doesn't 'beg' for comments?
By commenting?
Hans, you've brought all this on yourself. Stop being a drama queen. Either quit blogging and find some other hobby, or take up a new name, blog quietly like everyone else, and keep your mouth shut.
Somebody told me Hanzun liked shit on toast,
but i stood up for him, i told them he didn't like toast.
"What an idiot. How do you 'support' sites where the blogger doesn't 'beg' for comments?
"
by visiting the site and inflating his traffic , you fucking douchebag
the whole thing started with:
"MY BLOG CAN BEAT YOUR BLOG!"
at that time I thought:
"DANGER! KEEP DISTANCE!"
and another thing , i never said not to leave comments , just not on the sites where lame-ass wimps whine away about threatening to shut down the blog if noone leaves one .
maybe he´s laughing his ass off, maybe he´s doing all this to get some attention?
i´m getting tired of this neverending story.
...and The FREE "ego" COUNTER counts on and on at 233941......
Please re-up!
Hans: You're something...
Keep the web on fire...
Tot ziens!!
@ riaa:
[quote] you just should not share,it is not yours in the beginning anyway
it is the property of the Artist you only paid money to listen to it
if you go to a museum to look at the paintings you pay admission
you cannot share the paintings either [quote]
See that Bainwol et al? It's your setting Zun.
"by visiting the site and inflating his traffic , you fucking douchebag"
Dude that's really weak. LOL! Still an idiot!

So you want to be a rock 'n' roll star?
Then listen now to what I say
Just get an electric guitar
Then take some time
and learn how to play
And with your hair swung right
And your pants too tight
It's gonna be all right
Then it's time to go downtown
Where the agent man won't let you down
Sell your soul to the company
Who are waiting there to sell plastic ware
And in a week or two
If you make the charts
The girls'll tear you apart
The price you paid for your riches and fame
Was it all a strange game?
You're a little insane
The money, the fame, the public acclaim
Don't forget what you are
You're a rock 'n' roll star!
Hello, my name is Steve Albini, no not that Steve Albini, the other Steve Albini
Please read this beautiful article, and grow up:
The Problem With Music
by Steve Albini
http://negativland.com/albini.html
Have a nice day, and thank you.
I was just thinking, if Hans Zun is the Blogfather, who's the Blogmother?
And who's the person running this blog? the Bloggrandfather, aka Daddy who took the T-Bird away?
Have you seen me before?
No, never.
Are you sure?
Yes, definitely.
So, how do you know it's me?
anybody who uses the term "LOL" is obviously a fucking douchebag
tut
thank you verra much and Elvis has left building
Oshama Bin Laden says
Hanzun has left the Building..Ah! I want to know has he been seen going into any other building ...and if so which one ?
Someone wrote:
"Question circa 1970,"Hey, can you make me a cassette of that new LP 331/3, dude?"...see there is nothing new under the Sun.
A dunce above wrote:
Some idiot above wrote:
I forgot that Hans was fired from a record company (on his birthday).
It puts a whole new spin on the idea of his "sharing", transforming it from an act of generosity to an act of possible spite.
Hmm.
A nice blogger posts some shares.
Stuff that is out of print or hard to find.
For him, it's THE FINAL SOLUTION
Fuck the RIAA and their minions.
Adolf Hitler says "I have a Vinyl Solution" old recordings of my old friend Hermann (the fat one)Goring
"Go Ring to Argentina" -20 Bavarian Yodel and March tunes.
Then my compleate "Nuremberg Rants and Ravings" from 1931-39 (never on CD) - could make a nice box set. Und my wife Eva and "the Stuka Sisters" singing their hit song "Fuckwits of the World Unite"
including a duet apperance of Mao Tse Tung singing "My Little Red Book". Definatly never before on CD
Today Sony ....Tomorrow ...THE WORLD!!!!!!!! JAWOHL!

AAHHHHHH!
Adolph Hitler says
"Thank You for the Music"
(as by ABBA)
HAVESOME HAS LEFT THE BUILDING.....what I want to know is how did he get out? I mean he is very fat. Or did he do it with help from the FIRE Department(No! not at Sony)with a heavy "lifting" devicet like they use with dead elephants in the Zoo?
"He who exalts himself will be humbled" - Bible
I think this must be exaggeration
Who other than a crazed deranged mentally ill psychopath could do this.
Read the original topic at Bedazzled:
Bedazzled Topic

HMMMMMMM!
Òn the subject HAN ZUN
Thanks BoB I have read the report..
Can the law not do anything to get
a `strait jacket`on this menace and get him locked up .
The music blog communities should be alerted not to carry his links and to boycott him for all time.
Hans is just one sick sad bastard.
Bastet and Corwyn
this much maligned poor man with his untireing selfless generosity is really a saint and an example to us all.See how he has come to be accepted and honoured in our community despite his terrible afflictions. A shineing example to us all, A ROLE MODEL that more of us should copy (or at least STRIVE to aspire to)
A second Mother Theresa dispensing comfort to the people who are poor and cant afford to buy music
A statue should be erected to him.
Old ladies and children on their
knees praying to St Hans for supplication and intercession.
Maybe they can make him responsible for aaah..unsavoury diseases. The patron saint of "the Clap" and other unmentionable verminous diseases.
Maybe replica statues can be offered for sale on the internet ?
The possibilities are endless ....
Looks like Hans has now got attention from the RIAA.
RIAA
Has anyone seen the fab "HANS Outside" (a spoof take-off of the Intel Inside Logo) button that when pressed clicks onto a well written, good argumented and LOGICAl reasoned account of the HANZUN problem on the La Nuit Detend blob .
Its a great site by the way well worth calling by.

Quoting some Anonymous above:
Someone wrote: "Question circa 1970,"Hey, can you make me a cassette of that new LP 331/3, dude?"...see there is nothing new under the Sun. Hansun or otherwise, so bug off."
There is something new under the sun. It's holes where a hundred Tower Record stores were. Having some fuckhead make a bad cassette dupe in 1970 is NOT the same as a Blogfather maniac posting perfect copies of EVERY Beach Boys album.

^^^^
Sorry, "a hundred".
And what with EMI. Check it out they had a disasterous year in 2006. Is that also just a coincidence.
They have (as of this week)fired their COE´s
Only for sales on Beatles Love Remix they would have posted no profit.

You're probably Hans.
NOBODY WHO LEECHES like HANS DOES is WORTH A SHITE.
NOBODY WHO PUTS ENTIRE DISCOGRAPHIES ON A BLOG IS A FRIEND OF MUSIC.
Go to hanszun.multiply.com
Or go to hell, and take Bastet and Corwyn with you.
The bottom line, Hans Defenders, is that illegal downloading of music is a crime.
You are defending a criminal.
Go to New York and picket the jail where Mark David Chapman is.
The rest of us would like Hans to join him.
I believe the
Hans De(leter) Vente defenders are uninformed or too lazy to seek the facts. Maybe its like wanting to believe in Santa Claus
